Refund & cancellation policy

Courses

Every paid course has free-preview lessons so you can judge the teaching style before buying. If a course doesn't work for you, email within 7 days of purchase and, provided you have completed less than 25% of the lessons, you'll get a full refund to the original payment method. After 7 days or 25% completion, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Consulting engagements and deposits

Booking deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff. After kickoff, the deposit is credited against the first invoice and is not refundable. Monthly retainers can be cancelled any time; the current month is not prorated.

Coupons and complimentary access

Orders fully covered by a coupon or granted as complimentary access have no monetary value to refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged more than once, or charged for a payment that shows as failed, contact me with the order id — duplicates are refunded in full within 2 business days.

How to request a refund

Email the address on the Contact section with your order id (it looks like ord_xxxxxxxxxxxx) and the reason. Refunds are processed through the same provider you paid with.
